Very Good

Great location, relatively new and clean rooms.

Electric outlets too loose/not able to properly secure chargers in all. Water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak (we were on 5th floor).

Ok. Many local products for the breakfast. The pool was close - but it was a dead season. We understand. Very close to Petra enterence.

After 7h walking there could be a beer (not only 0%) in the hotel.

Exceptional

Staff were excellent and very attentive from arrival to check out. The hotel is very close to Petra entrance. Breakfast was great with a variety of options, including cooked, as well as cereal, pastries, cheeses etc. The room was clean and well equipped.

Would have preferred a better cot for the baby (no mattress in the cot, so felt very hard), so didn't end up using it. However, didn't raise it to staff, maybe if we did, they would have changed it.

Jordanian luxury at the entrance Petra

We visited Petra on our honeymoon and the hotel is conveniently located by the entrance of the visitor center. We were given a free upgrade and the hotel prepared a suite with hot tub / jacuzzi for us, complete with towel swans, dried flowers, balloons and a cake! We are grateful for the effort and level of detail the staff put into making our honeymoon extra special. We loved the high quality bathrobes, bedroom slippers, quiet and peacefulness, and breakfast at the hotel too.

We stayed in a luxury junior suite with hot tub / jacuzzi and the room is large and very comfortable, however, it would be ideal to have a window. We support local hotels everywhere we go and would like to remind other guests not to bring expectations of international 5-star standards to compare with local hotels.

We had planned to stay one night but extended to 2 nights due to the exceptional service we got here

Excellent staff . So welcoming . We arrived very late but they were all smiles even got a welcome drink . Mini bar is free . So modern and clean . Location is exceptional

Perfect stay

Fantastic hotel that far exceeded expectations. Facilities are new and clean, and rooms are extremely comfortable. Staff polite and helpful but not overbearing. Beautiful roof deck. Excellent breakfast. Steps from the Petra visitors' center.

No complaints, but two notes: The hotel does not serve alcohol, but you can go next door to the cave bar or the bar at the Movenpick. Also, there are two Petra Moon Hotels right next to each other -- this is the one that's up the hill (and seems to be nicer than the one down the hill).

The room was very luxurious and comfortable. Nice pool/ jacuzzi area on the rooftop to relax after walking all day in Petra. They also serve tea at sunset on the rooftop. The staff are welcoming & helpful. Secure parking underground too. Would stay here again.

Top quality stay all around!

There were so many great things, but a couple of highlights are the amazing/attentive staff, lovely rooftop terrace/pool/dining area, fabulous food, super gym and the location (literally steps from the entrance to Petra -- though there is a pretty steep hill to take into account.) Also, I'm kind of fussy about pillows... and the bed pillows were comfortable, squishy and spot on for me!

I thought the price was a little high, but I hope it translates into a good living wage for the employees!
