Great place - well located and good value for money.

Very well located to Petra main gate. Lovely roof terrace. Rooms good size with a good selection of complimentary amenities. Staff very helpful and the GM helped resolve an issue with the spa very quickly. Salah at breakfast and Mohamed at reception were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend the hotel to friends.

The spa was not quite to the standard we would expect. The food was average.

We had planned to stay one night but extended to 2 nights due to the exceptional service we got here

Excellent staff . So welcoming . We arrived very late but they were all smiles even got a welcome drink . Mini bar is free . So modern and clean . Location is exceptional

Wonderful

Great location, right near the entrance to Petta, really nice staff, wonderful breakfast buffet, and very nice rooms. The rooftop pool was also beautiful, but it was unfortunately too cold to use it.

Very good place to stay at the door of Petra's Visitor Center

Incredibly close to Petra's visitor center. Very nice terrace with rooftop pool. Kind staff and helpful.

The quality of the food for dinner - buffet served on the terrace - was average for its price. The restaurant inside the hotel with a la carte menu was OK.

Great location, relatively new and clean rooms.

Electric outlets too loose/not able to properly secure chargers in all. Water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak (we were on 5th floor).

The location is a short walk from Petra. The beds and pillows are super comfy for a good night sleep after tiring tour.

The pool are closed very early.

The room was clean and very well appointed. The bathroom was spacious and well thought out, with plenty of counter space and a nice shelf in the shower for toiletries.

Pleasant stay next to Petra's entrance

It's important to contextualize the word "luxury" to the location. Don't expect anything luxurious by international standards. Keeping this in mind, if you're looking for a clean, convenient and reasonably priced hotel next to the archeological site then I strongly recommend it. Special mention to the staff that is always very welcoming and helpful. Mamon in particular gave us good tips to visit Petra.

Breakfast selection is good, but quality of pastries can be improved. Bed could be more comfortable.

Exceptional

Staff were excellent and very attentive from arrival to check out. The hotel is very close to Petra entrance. Breakfast was great with a variety of options, including cooked, as well as cereal, pastries, cheeses etc. The room was clean and well equipped.

Would have preferred a better cot for the baby (no mattress in the cot, so felt very hard), so didn't end up using it. However, didn't raise it to staff, maybe if we did, they would have changed it.

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful hotel, great location, great jacuzzi on the roof, great breakfast food and most important - staff! Amazing people working there, Salah was so attentive and polite during our breakfast.

Only thing I find unusual - there is no toilet brush in the bathroom. And also there is no little shower to rinse the toilet. And toilet stays dirty. Please fix this, it's unacceptable for a 5 start hotel not to have a toilet brush!!

Jordanian luxury at the entrance Petra

We visited Petra on our honeymoon and the hotel is conveniently located by the entrance of the visitor center. We were given a free upgrade and the hotel prepared a suite with hot tub / jacuzzi for us, complete with towel swans, dried flowers, balloons and a cake! We are grateful for the effort and level of detail the staff put into making our honeymoon extra special. We loved the high quality bathrobes, bedroom slippers, quiet and peacefulness, and breakfast at the hotel too.

We stayed in a luxury junior suite with hot tub / jacuzzi and the room is large and very comfortable, however, it would be ideal to have a window. We support local hotels everywhere we go and would like to remind other guests not to bring expectations of international 5-star standards to compare with local hotels.

Ok. Many local products for the breakfast. The pool was close - but it was a dead season. We understand. Very close to Petra enterence.

After 7h walking there could be a beer (not only 0%) in the hotel.
